Strategies for Providing Care When Hands-on Treatment is Not an Option

COVID-19 has quickly and dramatically altered the healthcare landscape. Many chiropractors are losing the ability to provide hands-on care for their patients. Elective in-office visits are evaporating along with the associated revenue. However, this is not the time for providers or patients to free-fall with a wait-and-see attitude. Chiropractors can continue to deliver valuable services to homebound patients via telehealth. Dr. Tim Bertelsman will present a timely 60-minute webinar on the essentials of telehealth. This webinar will provide a detailed 8-step process for continuing to provide your patients with the best possible service in the current environment.

Topics of discussion:

  1. State telehealth laws
  2. Carrier reimbursement
  3. Liability coverage
  4. HIPAA compliance
  5. Scheduling telemedicine visits
  6. Performing telehealth visits
  7. Documenting visits
  8. Telehealth billing & coding
  9. Q & A
